Unfortunately, the red tab is cut off, but to confirm that it is a big E jacket. It has the blue bar tack stitching underneath the pocket.

Size tag is not readable but it fits like a shorter modern day large or a Boxy medium

Presence of the cloth care tag shows its 1970 or 1971, one of the last big E tag years.
